Return Policy

• Since most of our products are custom made to order, returns are generally not accepted. We are able to accept returns on defective merchandise or mistakes that we may have made to the order. In these cases a replacement will be made for you but there may not be any changes to the original order. All other returns will be dealt on a case by case basis.
• If you feel there has been a mistake to your order or that your project is defective please send your order back to us or drop it off at 699 Philadelphia Street Indiana Pennsylvania 15701. We will review your order and decide course of action from there. This process will take 1-4 business days. You have 5 business days to notify us of any such claim.
